  Useless staff .been waiting over 30 min to be served on shoes section.the lady gave to me wrong shoe size5 ,instead of 6.been waiting extra time to ask for other size.unfortunately without chance.other staff on different section dont seem to by busy at all but not helpful at all.waist on time.so disappointed

  Terrible products, terrible customer service, store smells like shite. Also beware of the nasty security guard. I attended here few months ago with my brother and we got discriminated saying that we couldn't going the store as their is an age limit of school kids, me and my brother are 19 and 18 but to here such mutter is pathetic. Never shopping again at Sports direct.

  I like this branch. I've always found the staff to be helpful and polite - even when they try and upsell you stuff at the till which I don't mind as it's their job. The parking is free and there are a few other shops in the complex.

  service is terrible upstairs, 3 girls playing around in sports direct uniform obviously avoiding helping customers. when I asked for assistance they all looked at each and raised their eyebrows. the guy downstairs doing the trainers was helpful and smiley which is the only reason for stars.
