  Therescwas one lady downstairs running all over,the other lady was upstairs,the lady was calm and apologised for the delay,but all the customers waited,not a problem,she helped everyone,was polite abd very cheerful,considering she was on get own

  Never a great experience - disappointing. I’ve been several times recently and never any sizes in stock. Hit or miss staff. Today I went in to collect an order and despite having the confirmation text , confirmation email and ID I was made to download my original receipt which took ages. It seemed a bit overkill and I wouldn’t have minded too much but the assistant was officious, unfriendly and inflexible. Basically a rather unpleasant and unfriendly experience .
