  Terrible customer service. I usually never feel obligated to write one of these.But I came in store looking for 'Nike fleece shorts'and so went looking for help. To be fair most of the staff were in the shoe section, and already busy serving customers so I wasn't bothered when they tried to describe the section, rather than show me. I finally manage to corner a member of staff and ask specifically for "fleece shorts" to which she replied "they're right in front of you" pointing in the general direction of shorts, not bothering to listen to me clearly specify 'fleece shorts' or help me find the section. Finally got help from a manager and this section was so obscure you would need sherlock holmes to find it. I am really poised to avoid this particular branch in future,customer service just escapes some of the staff.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced wanted a few things asked a bloke for trainers I had to take the trainers to him to check not in my size asked him to check some more so walked to the trainers only to find I walked alone obviously I had to keep walking backwards and forwards . All the time the security guard was following me trying to look as if he wasn't , put the stuff back and walked out don't bother with this store go to JD SPORTS instead they actually want to help

  Not as big as the main stores but still carries a fair amount of stock, staff pleasant enough.

  The way these people treat there staff is inhuman, there was a lovely blonde haired lady in the shoe department that served me she was very helpful and polite and helped me find what I was looking for, when I went to the till to complete my purchase I saw her being shouted at by management infront of other members of staff disgusting. Needs new management that know how to treat their customers and staff appropriately. Car park is decent though 2 hours free.

  Needs a complete customer service overhaul. Little to no cashiers available and staff who are on tills often walk away as soon as customers approach. On trying to return items, it's an exchange or credit note only policy. Order online if you can or try a different store, this one is really not worth the effort.
