  Hotel public areas, food and staff all very good- no complaints there. However stay away from room 106! we hardly slept because of the noise of the refrigeration/heating unit directly outside our window, banging away non stop all night, also couldn't open the opague windows more than 6", not that you'd want to - when you looked outside you could see why.....filthy outside. Also the shower tray didn't drain and filled up with water.

  This hotel is ideally located beside the river Ness looking across to Inverness castle, very central. The staff were all very friendly. The single room i had was clean and if a good size. The lounge bar was nicely laid out. The breakfast was very good. A very good stay a a good price. Recommended.

  Lovely hotel to stay in lovely spacious room. We were bed and breakfast and being vegetarian was disappointed that they had ran out of mushrooms so had egg and beans and toast. There was a lot of other choice but I'm not a big eater didn't bother going down to breakfastl next 2 mornings

  Rooms very nice. We didn't have a river view but otherwise it was very comfortable. We had dinner which was nice and breakfast that was lovely. Staff always very polite and pleasant.

  Great location, Breakfast, nice rooms, very friendly staff(most, not all were friendly). Upon leaving we checked out and then we were going to have a drink in the bar, and use a coupon that we were given at the first of our stay. The bar manager look confused and asked if we tried to use them the night before. He then said that since we checked out we were no longer in the system and could not use the 15% off. Not the best customer service to end our what had been a great stay. So instead of spending money in their bar we went elsewhere. This was a 4-5 star rating until this incident.
