::Have been waiting for my pizza for 1 hour and 40 minutes, despite the tracker saying it is out for delivery. No one is answering the phone. This is ridiculous.

::Worst customer service ever . Pizza came late 1 hour and half and it was cold and disgusting! I called to complain they offered to replace it after giving me hard time complaining it was raining but the rain stopped ages ago !! and lady whom said that went home and I was waiting for the fresh pizza to arrive but it never did up to 2 hours !! I called and a guy picks up saying they not delivering no more . I said but the lady promised to deliver fresh ones but he got angry and started shouting at me . They kept me starving and waiting ! Very evil as I had guests to feed too and I did mention it . And he hung up the phone . I kept ringing and he obviously he can see my number so he never picked up . Awful service and awful food . Few friends said they had bad experience which I didn't know as I was telling them my story and they received cold pizza and it arrived late and they never use this place again . Very disappointed and big waste of money !!

::Have been waiting for more than 1.5 hrs after it said 'out for delivery' on the screen, nothing arrives. Amazingly, it shows that the pizza has been delivered for some fantastic reasons. Tried to call several times, nobody wants to answer the phone. They must have some genius staff running this restaurant. Totally recommend it if you've got 72 hrs a day.
