  I ordered last time and it took them 2 hours for two pizzas to be delivered to my place, and I live 15 mins walk from Pizza Hut Delivery. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they were super busy that's why it took 2 hours. Ordered again today, and it still took them 2 hours for two pizzas to be delivered to my place. Pizza Hut needs to sort out the branch. Won't be ordering from this branch again.

  This Pizza Hut needs closing down. The drivers arrive late and the pizza is always cold. They have a nonchalant and aggressive attitude when you question why the box is ripped and the pizza cold . Average wait time - anything up to 2 hours. No apologies when they arrive. Have tried to complain to the areas manager and he hasn't bothered to call back. DONT USE THEM. Very bad service .

  Food was cold like stone , boxes absolutely collapsed coz the pizzas soaked trough..delivery time nearly 2 hours even when Iam living like 10 minutes walk away.. Terrible service , lady on the phone extremely rude as the driver , don’t waste your money and your time in this place ..never again !

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Horrifically terrible service. Order a pizza with an estimated delivery of 35-45 minutes. Call to get an update 55 minutes after ordering and get told it’s out for delivery and will arrive shortly. Another 40 minutes pass until the pizza actually arrives. When it does show it’s been sitting in the box for so long it’s caused the box to collapse because it’s soaked through with grease and to top it off the pizza is cold. Never again.
