  Stayed at the Doric for a couple of nights whilst visiting relatives. The rooms are good sized and very clean. Many have recently been redecorated so look top notch. The food was good wholesome food and plenty big enough portions. The staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you. The indoor pool is a nice temperature, the Jacuzzi is hot and the steam room hotter. Great to wind down after a day in Blackpool. The only down side is parking, but the small car park is well managed if you leave your keys at the desk. Overall a great hotel

  Had a lovely stay here with family and friends. The service and helpful staff were incredible, making our stay welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Blackpool looking for a break. Barbara Manchester.

  Yet another brilliant holiday. Food and staff up to there good usual standard. I hope to be back very soon.

  The staff were lovely start to finish. We arrived at the hotel (very easy to find) but had very limited parking and parking in the pub near the hotel would cost us five pound a day so the lovely receptionist Katie told us to have a drive round the block and told us not to park on double yellows and we'll be fine. Got into our room , clean and tidy but dated and the TV didn't work but wasn't really a big issue. Pool perfect for somewhere to relax more than swim but still nice! When going out the same receptionist Katie was helpful in telling us how the trams work and that there is a tram stop opposite the hotel. PERFECT! When going to bed we found a stain in the bed sheet , when told a member of staff this problem was soon sorted. BREAKFAST! Smart dressed staff , smart dining area and lovely food can not complain. Fair to say was upset to leave and would recommend!
