  Usual high standard of service. Staff were helpful and courteous and the van was clean, comfortable and it served my purposes very well.

  convenient location but due to limited number of cars, I was taken away by an agent to another location.

  Staff very friendly and helpful. Drop off very easy and processed quickly. Would suggest clearer signage to say the drop off point is in the car park, as sign just had an arrow pointin ahead but nothing to say turn into car park. I'm clearly not very observant so drove right down to the barriers for the next car park before having to turn round and come back.

  No complaints in general, although the entrance to the multistorey car park where the rental desk is based is very tight for manouvering a van this size into on returning - Not likely to be an issue for a standard car however. Thankfully the staff came out to assist.

  I rented a van at the end of July, from enterprise rentals by leeds train station. I received great customer service and the guy thoroughly explained everything. He could see that I was a little nervous, as I had never driven a van before, but he made sure everything was alright before I left and even helped me reverse into a spot on the return (without prompt). 5/5 would definitely hire again from this location.
