  Good service, got a better car than anticipated which is a plus. Took a while to get everything sorted at the start, and the push for the damage waiver from the staff was a little annoying. Still, a good price and a good car.

  Was looking for a car which I could comfortably drive over a 1000 miles. I was was searching on net for few quotes, and Sixt had been the cheapest. At this point I had doubt that it maybe a basic or small engine model which would be sluggish. But I took a chance and booked a hatchback vehicle from Friday 9th till Monday 12th. I had arrived at the Leeds branch at 5pm, as I walked through the door Mr Lea was very warm welcoming he had offered us a cup of coffee and assured us everything will go smoothly. Whilst checks were done, the car was being washed to a very high standard. Now it was handover time, as the car was driven out and I was amazed at the car that was offered it was a 67 plate BMW 120d 2.0 Sport Automatic with a very high specification (due to other hiring firms offering 1.6 SE models). Lea had walked us around the car showing us any scuffs to the car from previously and showed us everything we need to know about the vehicle. Prior to driving away Lea had asked us if we had any questions before we had to sign for insurance purposes that we have now taken the vehicle. Summary 1) The vehicles offered at highly specified 2) Great Customer service skills 3) Excellent time management skills 4) Polite/respectful 5) Sixt go the extra mile to help you Lea if you ever read this, give yourself a pat on the back!!
