  I hired a van for work for one week everything was OK, I went back in to add an extra week however this time I used my wife's bank card as I was waiting for my replacement bank card to be sent out, totally unaware they don't accept payments from cards not in my name, after they had accepted the payment and drawn up the agreement they then told me the they couldn't accept the card I used and issued me a refund, when the refund had finally cleared 10 days later it was £60 short, when I called and asked why they said I'd been charged for the first hour as i was in agreement for the first 20 minutes whilst they sorted my refund even though I never used the van also vat on top of that. I will never go back with them again. I now use a reliable and trust worthy rental company.

  Good customer service. Since rates are fluctuating.,make sure for early bookings to save money

  The staff were very friendly and polite, knowledgeable about the vehicle and the hire contract they had no trouble explaining about the vehicle and showing around, refreshments were offered whilst I waited for the vehicle as I was early. A credit to the company. Overall a excellent service that I will be using again soon.

  Absolutely fantastic. I'm pleased to see how easy car hire is. The car was spotless, the office staff were so efficient and pleasant. I can't recommend them enough. The hire charge was very reasonable and competitive. Well done, you were better than the Yank on the telly!

  I rent a van each week and all the staff are very welcoming friendly and professional. The vehicles are extremely clean. Sam Jessica Rachel Matt and the new guy ( sorry forgot name ) all do their very best to accommodate and are a huge credit to the Company. I highly recommend these guys for competitive pricing, Large up to date clean fleet of vehicle and amazing service the team offer. Thanks for your great service guys. Mark
