::As a previous customer, thought I'd use them again. What a mistake! Booked online. Paid online, except deposit. Received a text message last night to tell me to contact them. Went into office, to be told, you need to pay deposit on a credit card. Something, I don't have, or want! Last time, debit card was adequate. So, because I choose not to have a credit card, I can't rent a van, or a car in a month or so! Their so called search doesn't "score" me high enough! Driving licence in my name and address, I'm on the electoral roll, I've even just swapped current bank account! To be fair, it makes no odds to me. I'll rent elsewhere. My few quid is a drop in the ocean to them. I read online, many other customers fall foul of this too. SOMETHING THEY SHOULD LET YOU KNOW ABOUT, AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT!!! WORST THING IS, THEY TAKE MY MONEY AS QUICK AS A FLASH A WEEK AGO, BUT, WILL TAKE TEN DAYS TO REFUND ME??!! I'll have the cash then, nope, don't deal in cash! Be very very wary of this lot. As said, I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone!

::Hired many times through work with themt but just hired personally due to my car being serviced (in London) and there was a problem with the car, rang Sheepscar and they are sorting an exchange tomorrow. They know their customer service, highly recommended! (also really friendly and genuine staff!)

::Resonable prices for hire vehicles, always something available for everyone. Brilliant staff, helpful, patient and understanding. Smooth transactions with minimal issues. Picked up AND dropped off which is a great added feature when you have no way of getting there. Looking forward to hiring with Enterprise soon!

::Very easy to use, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. This branch also accepts Sunday drop offs as well. Which is very convenient. Bit out of the way and not the easiest to get to though.
