  My laptop was stuck after a forced update and I was afraid of losing all my pictures and documents. A friend of mine advised to try Escape Computers for their fast and reliable service. I took the laptop on a Saturday morning and it was ready the following Tuesday (less than two days as Saturday afternoon and Sunday they are close). Windows 7 was also reinstalled as I had asked from Windows 10 that I never liked. Great service from Gregor who was also patient with the questions I was asking. I would highly recommend this store.

  Managed to remove a forgotten password for me in twenty minutes. Excellent customer service - fast, friendly and informative. Very good value for money. Will be back if I ever have any more laptop troubles.
