I took the laptop on a Saturday morning and it was ready the following Tuesday (less than two days as Saturday afternoon and Sunday they are close). Windows 7 was also reinstalled as I had asked from Windows 10 that I never liked. Great service from Gregor who was also patient with the questions I was asking. I would highly recommend this store.
