  We bought our daughters first car from here, Jack was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we weren't being pressured in any way. The car was in excellent condition, at a very reasonable price. We will be looking here first if we are in the market for a new car again! Thoroughly recommend Family Cars to all.

  I bought my son his first car from here just before christmas the price was excellent and the service was second to none, staff were very friendly i would recommend family cars to anyone

  I have just purchased my third car from family cars. They are always really friendly and completely honest. The last two cars I bought were perfect and excellent value for money. I have recommended them to many of my family and friends and would use them again The first car I purchased developed an issue after a few months, it turned out to be a problem with the battery. The car was still under warranty but this didn't cover the battery, however, when I collected the car, family cars didn't charge me for the new battery or fitting it. Fantastic service.

  I recently bought a car from family cars and i can highly recommend them. I spoke to jack over the phone and he was happy to give all the details of the car that I asked for and said that it would be ready to drive away when I came to view. I had to travel over 100 miles to get to the garage and was delighted when i arrvied to find the car was as good as I had been assured it was. Brilliant customer service and support from start to finnish. I would highly recommend this garage. Great prices and a high level of customer service. Happy customer
