::Rude staff who clearly do not know what is going on..have been trying to book the car in for a recall for months..have been lied to about parts being in then strangely they ordered the wrong part...then promising to collect the car and not even bothering to turn up...never ever apologise...WILL TALK THE TALK UNTIL YOU PART WITH CASH...THEB DO NOT CARE !!!! Avoid !!! **UPDATE** After receiving a call from someone at Robins and Day, which was prompted by this review...I was told my car would be collected and returned the same day and we would be advised of what work was completed and it would be cleaned as a courtesy inside and out as this wasn't done as promised on a previous visit...the car was collected....then returned, when I asked the driver who returned the car what problems were found and was everything fixed I was met with 'I don't know im just the driver'. No paperwork was given or any indication as to what had been done...no phone call to follow up and a filthy car in and out...so having phoned today..2 days after the car was returned, my partner called to see what the results were to be told no one is available and a message will be passed...excuse us for being cynical but history makes us sceptical so we won't hold out for a call back....still not impressed....😦

::Got my peugeot serviced here and they completely missed the headlight bulb that had gone despite clearing it on the service checklist. Who knows what else they didn't bother checking. Admittedly I forgot to tell them but I don't think I should have to remind them to actually check the lights when is is on their own checklist.
