  Everything on display in Feather and Black looks so beautiful and inviting. We were helped by the very friendly manager who was able to offer us some incentives to purchase. Ultimately we felt it was quite expensive for what it was, but I would consider going back to have another look. My children love the bunkbeds that can come apart.

  Whilst the showroom itself is lovely. Please beware! My husband and I ordered a bed in the pre Christmas sale (2012) and it has been a catalogue of errors! First the bed arrived with faulty parts - it took from January - May to fix this problem. Then at end of July (bed was 6 months old) the main joist broke due to poor fixings. Fair play to F&B after protracted communications they have collected the bed for refund. My advice, find a company with better quality beds - the downright terrible customer services mean that if you have a problem, you wish you'd never ordered from them.
