  We have rented two properties through Finders Keepers. We have had the same Property Manager (Rachel Thraves) for both houses and we have always found her very helpful, friendly, efficient and reliable. We were lucky to have her as our Property Manager!

  Excellent service from FK. I've been renting from them for nearly 7 years and have no complaints at all. All issues are dealt with promptly and the staff are really friendly. My property manager Rachel has been fantastic and that's not always been my experience with letting agents.

  Very impressed from the landlord’s side - from initial introduction through to tenant visits and letting, and then dealing with issues in property to get things ready for tenants moving in. Responsive and professional and with a very good understanding of the Oxford market. Understood that letting out your family home is a stressful business and they guided us through.   One of the few extremely reliable and competent letting agencies in Oxford. Have never failed to show up to an appointment, or to take care of issues promptly and reliably. Have not had a problem with them in my 3 years of living here.
