  NOPS has been managing our properties for a decade. We are very happy with the service provided by them who are of the professionalism and dedication to look after our properties. Here we particularly thank them for arranging the contract work for refurbishing the old kitchen recently. The new kitchen is fantastic and my wife and I are very happy with the work. We have been very fortune to use NOPS to manage our properties for more than 10 years. Kelly and her team at NOPS are very approachable, professional and efficient. The communication between us is great from starting to look for tenants to finishing the tenancy, in which we have been well informed. We fully trust their service provided on the best interests of both landlords and tenants.

  I've rented through NOPS for 3 years now and have found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The lettings team have always been efficient setting up tenancies and renewals and the maintenance has always been completed in a timely manner. I've found them to be very reliable.

  I have been renting from NOPS since October 2017. The ladies from professional lettings have been very helpful and polite. After returning my inventory list I mentioned few issues with the flat to my property manager. Within few days they were dealt with. I am very satisfied with the service I am getting. Would recommend to all expats coming to Oxford.

  Very efficient service in dealing with an historic problem we had on utility billing. An old aged problem of students leaving their accommodation and moving on and in all the excitement not reading meters and sorting the bills out properly. NOPS picked up the pieces and saved the bailiffs from our door! Well done Samantha. Keep up the good work.
