  Worst service possible. A lot of places close to this one are doing a correct and honest job. Avoid Fresh Collection at all cost. We gave them multiple keys to duplicate, half didn't work so we had to go somewhere else. I brought them an expensive and unique fake fur coat with some drinks stains on it asking specifically if they can take care of it. After saying yes, they gave it back to me still dirty but additionally extremely damaged with white chemical stains on. AVOID

  Amazing service, just a pity the thousands of customers that use them regularly do not post reviews. Had my Berlutti shoes totally revamped here several times as well as my wifes designer evening shoes.... better than the rest!

  I gave my watch to the side store in box which the watch was bought in. The watch was damaged on the glass area - it had scratches in the face. I approached the side store, I wasn't greeted at all. I produced my ticket to collect my item (which was an Armani watch), the gentlemen took my watch out of a safe. The watch was in a plastic bag with a receipt. I had to ask for my box back - and he wouldn't give me the watch to look at after the service. I had to ask to look at my own watch. The watch was dirty under the glass and there are two dents in the silver rim around the glass. After paying £55 for this damaged item I asked for the my receipt that was given to me to use upon collection and they refused as they thought I would use the same receipt to steal from them. Their excuse was that it has happened before so they wouldn't want me to do it again.
