  Went for a new dining room table and bought one, so that has to be a positive recommendation. Went there because we've bought previously from Furniture Village . We like the sensible prices, plus the occasionally more adventurous items available to view. Buying furniture is often REALLY DULL or VERY EXPENSIVE and Furniture Village offers a happy balance: some different ideas at affordable prices. The staff were unobtrusively helpful lending us a tape measure, notepaper and a biro on request and buying was straightforward without any hard sell for extras. Furnture shops tend to blur into one after a laborious afternoon touring them all, but Furniture Villlage generally provides a different and more uplifting experience. To be honest, on this occasion, we just went straight to Furniture Village and didn't bother to go anywhere else. The new table and chairs are due, shortly.

  I like to look around without having an assistant following me around and trying to engage in futile chit chat, how are you supposed to concentrate on seeking out your ideal sofa!!

  Stuart was very helpful came out the store with more items ordered than l went in for .lf you follow through with on time delivery and aftercare l wouldn’t hesitate to purchase items from your port rack lane store again.pleasant experience!!

  Terrible attitude. They're not even grateful for a sale - they just expect it. Try cancelling an order and they are so rude and abrupt. Don't buy from here.
