  If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Absolutely rubbish kitchen department and staff. First appointment we had was a complete let down, the designer took one look at the floor plan and refused to do anything even though Magnet kitchens designed us a full kitchen from it. Had various secondary measurement and design appointments booked but apparently non of them had gone into the booking system, thankfully we had the appointment card with all the dates on to prove we had actually booked in. Then after all that the designer gave a rough guess of a quote of literally double what we had from other companies for near enough exact same design. Needless to say I’m very happy with my Magnet Kitchen from just up the road!

  Well designed store with lots of goods on display. Good car parking too! BUT we found staff to be very customer focused until they clinched a sale (we purchased a new kitchen) then customer after - care became appauling. Be cautious, what is promised by staff in terms of customer care at the point of placing an order just doesn't happen! Our 'Design Consultant' who was a different person to those mentioned in other reviews was nothing more than an incompetent sales person who inabilities were protected by his overly aggressive manager. After we placed our order, communication from key store staff with us was at the best very poor. Whilst we are very happy with our kitchen units and the Wickes approved installers we feel we couldn't recommend this store to others.

  Great range with excellent well informed and activly helpful staff offering advice which aides customers in making infomed choices..

  Really good store, had exactly what I needed at a price I was happy with.
