Room was a standard hotel room with comfortable enough beds and was very clean. Bathroom had a heated towel rack which was a nice touch. The night desk staff also helped us take our bags to our room which was appreciated as there was no elevator

Much nicer than expected, clean, nice bed with decent sheets and recently refurbished bathroom. The check in area and corridors are a bit shabby but for the price you can't complain. Location is perfect for the centre of Oxford.

Very decent location in the centre of Oxford. Bathroom and bed were really nice and clean. Only con is the strong water pressure. Opening the tap some millimetres to wide will result in a flooded bathroom.

Don't even think of staying at this place. Place was dingy and gross. Went to room and literally could feel the springs poking out of the mattress. Went to front desk and asked for refund. The guy at the counter put me on the phone with the manager who refused to give me my money back. Ended up finding a much better hotel down the street. Had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Pretty basic hotel. No breakfast. Much chapter than other hotels in the area. Room was clean but had a tatty look (scuffed skirting, half painted wall, mould in the hallway), but the bathroom was very nice. One down side to the hotel was that as it's right slap bang in the middle of Oxford, is very noisy. Two single beds in the room I stayed in, one hard mattress, one soft. Soft mattress was comfy. Bathroom towels were rough as hell. Friendly staff, willing to accommodate.
