::Standard John barras chain. Recently refurbished and looks slot better than previous but same rough clientele and probably won't be long before it goes back to the same dirty minge hole it used to be... And the signs are starting to show. Could do with a good clean including the men's bogs. And don't go when they are the nominated bar for away football supporters..! Overall not bad. Bar a bit pricey....

::A large sports TV and food pub. Well frequented on Sunday lunchtime when we were in. They also offer help via message to the bar staff for anyone who feels they are being threatened by someone they are meeting for the first time from dating sites. Very good touch in this day and age.

::Usually this place has excellent quality of food. Since a change in the menu (and I wonder the chef) the food quality is poor. This time I had the chicken roast dinner and paid 79p for pig in blanket- I got one tiny one, rip off. The chicken was like fat texture (it was meat) but very poor texture. Wouldn’t eat here again. Staff are nice though.
