  On collecting my order the server was really patronising; tried to upsell a warranty to me and then mansplained my plan to me when I told him I'd already signed up to it. Got more rude and defensive each time I told him I knew something already. Asked for all the same details a second time like my email, which was annoying, and he just kept saying "it's a different system, they don't talk to each other." Need to improve your systems to work for the customer. Asked if I wanted help carrying my bike downstairs. I said no thanks, I'll use the lift. He scoffed at my prize idiocy and relished telling me it wouldn't fit in the lift, so with renewed sarcasm asked if I'd like his help after all. Very uncomfortable. Shouldn't be working a customer-facing role.

  Cycle shop guys are brilliant. Took my wheel in this morning to get a new tube fitted as I had a puncture. The guy had it fitted and ready in 5 minutes flat. Cost £3, as I have a service plan - so free labour. Done correctly, it's a newish bike and the front wheel always wobbled a bit as the tyre wasn't true and I could never fix it properly. Problem now solved. Highly satisfied.

  Helpful staff. Especially in the cycling departing. Never had any issues at all

  Second attempt to get a car stereo fitted, the first didn't go well as they didn't have the parts. This time they installed the stereo but not the speakers. But to be fair, the details from Mercedes were incorrect. The installer guy was always friendly & helpful, but I do feel that there are never enough people working there & they always feel a bit stretched.

  Helpful, friendly staff - don't make you feel like a second-class citizen because you aren't a cycle nut! Easy parking too.
