  Not happy over all service as i could see they were busy and did not help me . however they managed to do one important thing.

  I have recently been here to install my headlights. The shop, availability of staff and the knowledgeability of their staff is excellent. I didn't have to pre book in during a busy Sunday afternoon. There was this person called Raj, did an excellent job in fitting my left headlight bulb. He is undeniably very talented and passionate about what he is doing. He is a star to Halfords. I wish him all the best and for the entire staff at Halfords Hounslow. Thank you.

  Few days ago i decided to buy from Halford’s a electric bicycle with finance but the financial partener of Halfords,a obscure agent called V12 declined a lousy finance request,under 500£.So i decided to buy from Argos,faster,better electric bicycle,better price. Thank you but no thank you Halfords and V12.

  We needed the headlight and sidelight bulbs changed on our Renault Scenic car, which are notoriously difficult to change. In the past we have had to book the car into a garage but decided to try The Hounslow branch of Halfords. They were extremely helpful, from the young man on the phone to the young mechanic who had all the bulbs changed in 10 mins! All the staff involved were polite, friendly and professional.

  I spoke to three different people in this branch and all of them were so friendly and helpful trying to help me find the product I needed for my car. One guy came out to my car with me and instantly knew what I needed and got it for me. Excellent friendly service.
