  I only wanted to put money in my account!? ... 40 mile round trip later and I had to pay for parking in order to do so thanks to all the branch closures! Very concerning times!

  Thank you for always being shut on half of Saturdays and most of Sundays , the two days that most of the population don't work. Thank you so damn much.

  Staff unhelpful and quite rude, as we now only have one branch in Plymouth there is always a queue , waited 35 minutes on my last visit.

  1 star as there wasn't an option for 0. What else can I say. I'm unsure as to whether the bank as a whole is useless but the Launceston and Plymouth branches are a complete joke. Let them manage your money? ...they can't even manage their diary. As for their customer relations, well they are rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. I have wasted too much time trying to manage my childrens ISAs with these particular incompetent staff mamebers. I shall not be wasting anymore, I'm moving elsewhere!

  Plenty of atm machines and self service banking, queues for staff ok too.
