::Just went to this branch. Very poor attitude. Lack of knowledge. I had called earlier to print business statements - they said yeah come round. In snow and difficult conditions i went there. Cashier wasn't sure so went to manager, manager says yeah go ahead. Only for cashier to take my details etc then realised he had no access to business account? Really? I had statements handed over to him. He went back to the manager - who then looked at the statements for the 2nd time then i overheard him say - we don;t do them. You telling me that at the first glance - a manager and a cashier do not know if they have access to business banking accounts? Now I understand why local branches are folding up in hundreds - loads of people on a free ride. This branch was empty compared to Santander across the road - makes you wonder why. As a life long Halifax customer - i always avoid this branch. This is my second visit in yrs - not even for my mortgage did i go there. They just have a lazy approach to business. As you can read in other online reviews. Very sad.

::The staff are not so helpful and have a snobby attitude apart from one lady who works there don't know her name but the rest off the staff I have met are rude even the manager who is very condescending I try to avoid this branch but it's my locals so can't always avoided it If you want to take large amount off cash out do not go to this branch on multiple occasions I have found this to be very stressful even when I have rang ahead and ordered money. The one star is for the only person in that branch who doesn't give me a hard time.
