  Heni is always polite and runs a very professional appointment system. She is an absolute delight to converse with and her nail work is flawless. I run my own business and I really recognise good customer service.

  Very unprofessional, she cancelled my appointment after a dispute that started because she was rude and said when I tried to book a friend that “if she has shovels I won’t do her nails because I don’t want to struggle” She complained that she doesn’t like me because I have a budget but hey hoo I didn’t want her to top up and top up with the most expensive services also because she is not worth the money she asks. Her work is not spotless and perfect so I set myself a manicure and pedicure budget... She has a problem also with me because I constantly asked her to do things in a certain way and she did and does to others and they like it but is her credit not mine now... I am just a picky customer excuse me I am just another number as she has no customer skills, she got angry last time I saw her because she was keep hurting her finger tips when cleaning under my nail and she said “this is why I don’t like to clean under nails” than why did you choose this profession??? She only cares about the money to top up top up and has ridiculous prices raise and manager by her husband and manager and because her rent went up and than she said “it is bad at my end to hear you have a budget” Pfff even for free I won’t never leave my hands on you as you are revengeful and bad person with no respect for others You are not the only nail technician from Oxford or UK and trust me others have more passion and talent

  Heni is so professional and lovely. You can tell that she enjoys her job and is always so welcoming. The standard of her work is always incredible and now I always have lovely pretty nails that don’t break or get ruined within two days. Absolutely incredible.

  Since I've moved to England, Heni is my nail artist. I was so happy when I found her advertisement because her prices is pretty good and I looked her pictures about her work on Facebook. I gave her a try and it was worthy. I'm very satisfied with Heni because she is so demanding about her work and a wonderful, nice girl who I can talk with about anything. 😊Besides, I love the wide range of colours, it is always a difficult decision to choose the best for me. I can highly recommend her for everybody who wants beautiful nails. 😉
