  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAID FOR MY SPRAY TAN AND DIDN'T GET IT OR A REFUND! The shop assistant turned up 10 mins late and there was already a queue of people. Even though I had booked my appointment for 10am, someone else was put in front of me. Then the tanning machine didn't work and the shop assistant tried a number of times to get it working again (it had worked for the customer who was put in front of me), by which time it was already 45 mins after my initial appointment time. When she gave up she initially offered me a refund in cash (even though I had already paid on an Australian credit card) but I refused as I wanted the money put back onto my card. When she called to find out if she could do the refund directly to my card she then took another 10 mins discussing the problem with the machine while I was waiting – this is something that should have been done after I left. I was then told that she couldn't give me the refund either by cash or put back on my card and I was told to call Head Office. She could not then suggest anywhere else that I may be able to get a spray tan in time for the ball I will be going to tomorrow. Having wasted my entire morning with this issue I then called Head Office to try to get my refund and was then told that my complaint needed to be put in writing and that I would get a response within 4-5 working days. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The issue with the refund should have been dealt with in the shop, and having failed that I should be able to speak to someone directly about my concern and have the refund put back on my card straight away

  Was the first time I visited the oxford store for a spray tan a few days ago and I was VERY pleased with the overall service. Store is now under new management, a completely refurbished stored looking very smart. The Staff at the counter were dressed smartly and looked ready to help straight away. They were amazing with giving me all the information i needed and always had a smile on their face. As I was a new customer I was offered a free goodie bag containing a vitamin D information leaflet, a sample UV sachet to try before you go on the sun beds and some eye. I was told about all the offers they have in store which are available to me on my next visit. I was pleased with all the amazing new high tech equipment they have in store and I am eager to try out them on my next visit. I would recommend this store to anyone, the staff are there willing to help you whenever you need it and I am very pleased with my tan. Go and try the out soon
