  It's rare I find a hotel worthy of a one star review. We arrived and there was a chaotic checkin. It took two members of staff about 10 minutes to complete. We then went to the restaurant where it took 1hr45 for our food to arrive and the dessert never arrived. The waitress said she 'felt really bad' but did nothing to help. There were only 2 tables occupied so no excuse. Then we went to sleep. The rooms look nice but it's very superficial. The bed was broken in the middle making for a very uncomfortable night of sleep. We later found out that the bed in our other room was just the same. The room was noisy, overlooking a taxi rank. Finally in the morning there was no shower gel. Two varieties of shampoo but no shower gel. I offered feedback at reception (despite not being asked about it) and was simply asked whether or not I wanted her to pass it on to her manager. The hotel is awful. The staff are badly trained and don't really care. A really awful experience.

  The staff on last night were absolutely amazing helping and sheltering people who couldn't get a taxi. Making tea and trying to keep people warm. Shows a community spirit that you should be proud of in your staff. Thanks Adam

  Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Rooms clean but when having a shower, be careful of flooding and turning the bathroom into a swimming pool (shower panel leaks).

  Executive room is very spacious and clean. Couldn't hear anything from other rooms which was great. Comfy bed, we slept well. The mini gym was a handy feature too.
