::Stayed there many times and always had a good experience. Some rooms are much better than others, but all are decent. Only criticism is that some of the bathrooms could do with re-sealing.

::Excellent hotel and handily situated near the Edinburgh Playhouse. Free mini bar and excellent breakfast in the morning included in the price. Would recommend if attending a show in the playhouse. Not even a 2 minute walk to the venue. Pub next door is also very good for drinks and a meal. 'the Conan Doyle'

::My parents stayed here whilst visiting and really enjoyed their stay! Their room was lovely and all the staff were great. I had the breakfast with them one morning and the food was really tasty.

::Great place to stay. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. The only downside was the noise in the morning which sounded like a over filled washing machine labouring under its load. Other than that I would hope to return at some point.
