  Stayed there many times and always had a good experience. Some rooms are much better than others, but all are decent. Only criticism is that some of the bathrooms could do with re-sealing.

  Excellent hotel and handily situated near the Edinburgh Playhouse. Free mini bar and excellent breakfast in the morning included in the price. Would recommend if attending a show in the playhouse. Not even a 2 minute walk to the venue. Pub next door is also very good for drinks and a meal. 'the Conan Doyle'

  The wonderful staff made this hotel a wonderful stay. Great place to stay, we'll located for a visit to Edinburgh.

  My parents stayed here whilst visiting and really enjoyed their stay! Their room was lovely and all the staff were great. I had the breakfast with them one morning and the food was really tasty.

  Great place to stay. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. The only downside was the noise in the morning which sounded like a over filled washing machine labouring under its load. Other than that I would hope to return at some point.
