  My regular store near where i work. It is much improved since having a big face lift especially the menswear. Good range of designer labels and prices to suit most pockets. Very nice cafeteria/restaurant. Good for household also but disappointing that do not limited electronic devices compared to a few years ago.

  Macy's of London! You will find most of the brands here. Good time to visit the store is when they have sale going on. What I like is that you can get so many choices that it is easy for you to pick and choose. Men section is totally separate downstairs. All quality brands like Ted Baker, Paul Smith etc are available.

  I bought 2 Links charms. The shop assistant was very polite and helpful. She retreaded & polished my bracelet, 'free of charge'. A pleasant shopping experience 🙂...One happy customer.

  Great store... but no baskets or shopping trolley's for customers to use. All of the customers I saw has their hands piled high with items. You'd think House of Fraser could at the very least provide some baskets or trolleys or even just shopping bags... IT WOULD improve the customer shopping experience a lot!
