  Exchanged to Richmond branch (which is the same level of customer service) years ago when I was told that my signature does not match my signature on the passport which was signed 10 years ago. Very disappointing and unhelpful service. It's time to improve HSBC!!!

  Been with HSBC a while; I found their internet banking super confusing but today Kashif was super helpful & we got sorted in minutes. He was super kind & down to earth & explained things simply & quickly so that I can move past the jargon a lot of banks are known for. Being someone who is super busy a lot of time, I appreciated that greatly.

  I will close my account because of them. So slow. So aggressive, not friendly.... Trying to register online banking, lady on phone nice sweet and friendly. But staff here will make you feel like you bothering them. I have been waiting 2 hours back and fourth.... 30 minutes to print one paper

  Terrible customer service, their staff hardly say "hello" and forget about receiving a smile, you won't get one! Often go there as I live in the neighbourhood and here was my latest experience with them: I have a business account with them (as well as personal ones in various countries!) and needed to change just one note of 10 pounds in 10 coins of 1 pound. Waited 5 minutes, just to be told "Sorry, you can't do that on a Saturday"... really even for business account holders? "No you can't". All right, then off I was to Lloyd's just next door: "Of course, not a problem at all", and out I was in less than 5 minutes. HSBC is rubbish overall. They really need to understand that customers have so many options these days that they can't just rule the world the way they want to. And customer service should be one of their priorities! Avoid!!!!
