  Been to this branch this morning. Asian staff a lady with long hair and glasses manning the till not so welcoming and sound rude to customers. Recommend to retrain on customer services. The security assigned on the floor is mute with no welcoming behaviours. Even looking st you suspiciously like you will do something nasty. How can you attract new business and clients like that. Maybe the manager can look into thiis.

  I accidentally left my card in the ATM I went back to see if any one had handed it in I approach a member of staff he didn't want to know, not much of a customer service.

  Convenient location for bank. Has four ATMs, 2 outside and 2 inside.
