    We rented a car from them. They promised us that we won't need a credit card and can rent a car using a debit card. The conversation went well, they charged us and emailed us voucher, the voucher clearly mentioned we needed a credit card, they booked us with europcar which refused to give us car because we didn't have credit card. We called Indigocarhire, they refused to cancel our booking and refund our money. So basically we were left with charge on our card and no car. Their customer service is super arrogant and useless. It is a scam.

    I found the Indigo Car Service very smooth to use. I hold a Debit card and not a Credit card, and Indigo sales team is able to book the car I need in very smoothly. The price are right for the product and the person who speak too very gentle, something often difficult to find. So far I used this service three times, I very much looking forward for the next time :)

    Absolute joke of a company. Steer well clear of this company if you value your sanity or refuse to be taken for a ride by what must be the most unprofessional company you are ever likely to encounter on the internet. I should explain. I asked for a quote online using their online form and then noticed they had a chat facility and thinking that might be a quicker option started talking to one of their operatives. The young lady I was talking too was very pleasant and provided me with a competitive quote based on exactly the same information submitted in my earlier online email request. I told the young lady that I needed to confirm my accommodation and would be straight back to her. I then received an email reply to my earlier online submission which much higher than the quote I had been given via the chat facility. As I had now confirmed my accommodation, I returned to chat facility and asked for the young lady by name but was told by another operative that they were experiencing technical problems and asked if they could help. I said yes and asked if they could confirm my earlier quote by email and once received I would be looking to go ahead. I then received an email with a quote that bore no relation to the quote I had been given via chat and to top that substantially higher than the first quote I had received by email. This quote had been sent by Matt, I mention him by name because he seems to be running this shambles. The email asked if I wanted to go ahead to which I replied that I didn't because this third quote was much higher than the original quote given by the person on their chatline and also their first email quote which cast doubt upon their professionalism. Later that day I received a telephone call to my answering from Matt asking me to call him. I did against my better judgement and after exchanging a few pleasantries he proceeded to furnish me with a further quote. YES! you've guessed it. His quote was higher than the previous three; the third of which he personally sent. I declined his offer and thanked him for his time. So my advice would be only deal with this company if you have taken leave of your senses because they are either treating their customers as cash machines or so disorganised that it would be impossible to have any confidence in any arrangements they have made on your behalf. I had to make my own arrangements due to this company's lack of professionalism and happy that I did, because I have hired the same car, for the same period with better insurance cover while making a saving of over £80.00.

    I have use indigo quite a few times in the past and it has worked very well. It was very easy for me to change my order when I switched to paying my debit card.

    Thank you Indigo Car Hire!! You are the best!! Saved our holidays to SA! Professionals doing their best. We had two cars hired by them without any credit cards. Cars provided by Avis, (by the way if you try to hire a car straight from Avis they ask for credit card). First we thought that there is some kind of catch, but we were very wrong about this company. Now we know for sure that Indigo Car Hire is not some kind of joke, it is a company who cares about their customers, providing the best and quickest service available on market. I would recommend them to everyone.
