  Noisy and rundown. Drinks straight from a supermarket bottle. No effort made at all. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere nicer.

  A great location, the beauty of the river at night is spectacular. The live music is great (folk/guitar/violin). Very friendly landlord and landlady.

  Lovely beer garden and nice atmosphere but really must improve on speed of service. Queue for a drink was about 15 metres long and took around 15 mins to get served. Sympathy to the hard working staff though as it was a warm day and no doubt brought in more people than expected.

  The place is rather odd but it isn't without its charm. This nice burrow with live music is definitely worth visiting.

  Had a bowl of chicken vegetable soup and fresh bread. Excellent flavour. Large jug of water plus glasses to help ourselves to a drink. We liked the place very much, atmospheric and friendly staff. We definately would try again. nice walk via lock, beautiful area. Iffley church has some beautiful windows on John Piper designed. it's a great place to explore.
