  What a fabulous service. I am slightly disabled and needed a small automatic car. I was provided with a super little VW Polo that was really fun to drive. A member of staff meet me at the train station as arranged, helped me with my bags and showed me round the car. They collected the car 2 weeks later from my hotel , as arranged , at no extra cost. I returned the car undamaged but there was no fuss or looking for faults to add charges. A family member was also put on the insurance with me. All this at almost half the cost I had been quoted else where. I recommend this company without reservation. One more point, if you need to ring the out of hours number, it is answered quickly, very reassuring.

  Recently had to book a large number of various vehicles in the Inverness area, and Chris at Jack's Hire facilitated everything brilliantly. Nothing was a problem, no challenge refused, and service with a smile. I cannot recommend them high enough.

  We decided to rent a small car from Jack's to go down south. We were given a micra vibe which was a very economical and practical care for what we needed it for. . On collection of the vehicle, the gentleman called Chris was very helpful, pleasant and informative. We picked the car up at 10.01 after being held up for our 9.30 collection, and confirmed with Chris it would be dropped off at the same time on return, which he okayd. On returning the vehicle at the same time, and after cleaning the car ourselves, keeping within our mileage and to the terms expected, I was not pleased this time with the attitude from the same guy, Chris, who did nothing but complain about the car being back later? and that he had to get another car to give out to another customer in its place. Not professional, not customer friendly for a Tuesday morning. Felt like you have paid already, now get lost. Further staff training recommended for customer focussed training.
