::We were so impressed by Thrifty in Inverness. Having previously suffered ridiculously long waits with the big car rental firms at the airport (last year it took longer to get a car I had booked and paid for on line than it took to fly from London!) I searched for an off-airport firm that would collect. As soon as we landed our driver was there and took us to the depot in the city. Very helpful and prompt service from David on the desk and a spotless car was handed over with our luggage already loaded. Thank you so much Thrifty. Top marks for value, quality and customer care.

::These people are soooo nice. They offered to let us drive the car to the airport and drop it there since we were headed there anyway. Just super friendly. I've never had super friendly staff at any rental car shop. Ever.
