  Waited a week for my pet tag, but it didn't arrive. I called the number on the website to be told by a the company director he had nothing to do with just pet tags and hung up. I called back and he was very rude and arrogant and hung up again!

  I ordered two tags and was dismayed when I received them. The engraving was of poor quality and illegible.
