  Been going here for over year (old location and new location), have also had a delivery once. Our chow chow prefers the meat from here rather than kibble or natures menu meat. The food is good priced, not too expensive and staff are helpful with any queries or issues that arise, plus are very friendly and chatty.

  I don't know if this is a situation that is unique to ordering online, but I have on all but two occasions been forced to order directly from the suppliers themselves as just about everything I could afford to order was out of stock online and as I don't live in the Cardiff area I have to order online. I was excited about the idea of Cardiff Raw Supplies as it offered multiple different companies on one site and I could pick and choose as my budget required. When I rang to enquire as to whether the out of stock situation was just the website not being updated, the phone rang through and I left a message and a month later no reply. I'm really disappointed as I really like the idea of supporting a local business but if I can't have a reliable source for my dogs food I can't keep supporting them.

  I’ve been buying from them for more than 3 years. The selection has been growing and so has the clientele. But even being so busy they kept up the social media and the great customer service. The only thing I find is that some items get out of stock for a while and if they are your favourites you need to find alternatives. The good thing is that since they stock many brands you are likely to find a good alternative.

  Fantastic variety of meats, something for every appetite and need. Friendly helpful staff, able to knowledgeably advise. Oh and a good selection of supplements and treats. I've had a very happy satisfied dog since switching to raw pet supplies
