Large training rooms, range of equipment and gym available. My confidence, strength and fitness have improved since training here. ::Excellent for all round martial arts training including weapons. Owner and chief instructor is a master and also a world champion. Other instructors all good. Plenty of kick and punch bags and a weight training area.
