  Richard is always a fountain of knowledge and it is great learning a range of Martial Arts. I have been coming to Kickfit for about 2.5 years and it's the first exercise I've ever stuck to. Getting fit, building confidence and learning something new, would recommend to anyone.

  I love teaching and will give you a five star service of my over 40 years extensive experience! I have turned people with no experience or confidence in to World Champions and helped children overcome their bullies! But I will also teach you for self defence, coordination, fitness and fun! No contact fighting necessary!

  Excellent teaching from experienced and skilled instructors. Various classes available which can be attended flexibly and compliment each other. Large training rooms, range of equipment and gym available. My confidence, strength and fitness have improved since training here. There's not a macho atmosphere and I've always felt comfortable training. Will suit beginners to experienced martial arts student, definitely recommend.

  Kick fit Nottingham is a great club. Master Richard Hudson is a wealth of knowledge regarding many martial arts. He is an inspiration to his students. If you are serious about learning martial arts, want to technically enhance your knowledge or simply looking to keep fit and learn self defence while doing so kick fit Nottingham is the place to do it. Kick fit Nottingham has also got very competitive prices in Nottingham especially for the knowledge you will learn.

  Excellent for all round martial arts training including weapons. Owner and chief instructor is a master and also a world champion. Other instructors all good. Plenty of kick and punch bags and a weight training area.
