  Excellent value great gym. Gets too busy is the only issue i have ane have to hang around for equipment. Highly recommend

  Fully equipped gym. Only con is that lockers are located in the back so if it's your first time there you have to come in and walk through people working out, treadmills etc. Good overall though and great PT support :)

  This gym is open 24/7 which is a huge plus when it comes to working out on a busy day. You don't have to worry about whether or not you will have time to continue training. There is a large variety of machines so even during peak times, you can usually find a free treadmill or something similar. Staff is friendly.

  Excellent value for money. Good selection of equipment, I've tried Virgin and David Lloyd but have returned to The Gym as I was using the same equipment but paying a lot more. Gets busy in evenings so I prefer going in the mornings.

  The Gym is a wonderful place to work out. Period. It has two floors, so even in the busy hours you have a lot of space, the machines are well-maintained, it has 24/7 access, which is important for those with a busy lifestyle and the staff are very friendly. One is now a good mate! I would highly recommend because the quality deals, classes are unequally matched to a low price!
