  Course was nice however the yardage markings on the fairways were different at each hole even though same colour. We had forgot sky caddie and didn't have a clue how far away we were from the greens. Played golf for over 30 years and have never seen a measurement system like this. No mention of this before we teed off that red white and yellow markings were redundant unless you had a book that the club used to supply. 4 or 5 tees almost under water and fairways soaking and guy out cutting them and churning them up when they were already short very strange. Complained when we got in as this spoilt our day (29.00 a head) young lad was very nice but clearly he couldn't do much other than agree. If the club at least stuck a distance on the plain markings you would at least know how far away you were. Real shame as nice course with some good holes. 15th a bit of a joke par 5 good drive on rhs of fairway and only able to hit a gap wedee for second shot. Backward thinking club that clearly don't care about visitors or for golfers without a GPS device.

  Great golf course with plenty of challenging and entertaining holes (especially 'Thru the Pines'). Usually a great pace without being pushed around the course. Will definatly return here.
