  Being a Vintage Inn, this establishment is at the higher end of the pub restaurant sector. Set in an isolated old building, the pub benefits from large laid lawns with an array of tables and seating for use in the rare and better weather. Traditional features and sympathetic decor inside, along with a log fire, wooden beams, separate bar area, provide plenty of rustic charm. Good service, and a more select menu offering.

  Very tasty food which is fine for the price, but not as cheap as others offering similar quality. Worth it for the friendly staff, and clean, welcoming venue and all-round experience.

  Food was good, though very little to my taste. Great atmosphere. Can recommend if the menu is to your liking.

  Nice family friendly pub for eating at. Large indoor and outdoor seating area (although like most places the smokers sit outside) Friendly staff and were willing to make alterations to the kids menu to accommodate our sons requirements. Good choice of food at a reasonable price

  Food was beautiful service was amazing had a very friendly waiter but not to intrusive. The log fires and the rustic interior just makes it cosy. Price was very reasonable love having the time to just relax and enjoy a good catch up
