  I made an appointment to test drive the CT200H and Elliot was absolutely brilliant. No hard sell, no hidden tactics, nothing was too much trouble. He was kind and courteous, speaking with him you could tell he was genuine about his enthusiasm for the car. He answered all our questions and had very good product knowledge. Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend!

  Special thanks to James Kirk & the Lexus Leeds team for excellent customer service. From our initial query one Friday, James had the exact spec GS Saloon the next (Saturday) morning for extended test. Beautifully made with all needs standard fit. Lexus a better engineered, more exclusive than over-supplied, over-priced German product. James handled all details with the Lease Company, delivery next week. I can't fault them.

  We've never purchased a Lexus before, but having visited their Leeds site we are now committed to Lexus. The cars are so impressive and great value for money. All the staff we met made us feel very welcome. Our sale was dealt with by Sacky who provided us with all the help and support we needed. He was extremely professional and is a credit to the company.

  Very pleased. First class service (from Emma). Answered every one of my technical questions, of which I asked many. Unusual to find car sales staff with such an in depth knowledge and understanding of the product. Not pushy either. I'd recommend to anyone.
