  As an EU citizen I don't recommend Lloyd's. I went twice to open an account with them and both times without success. They were asking 3 different documents, then 2 more. I felt unwelcome and for my third try i went to another bank where I opened an account without any problems.

  They have 6 cashier windows and never more than 2 people working. The queue is always out the door. I truly wish I didn't have to go there...

  Went in today to help my friend put money into one account to another. First we noticed that the cash machines were extremely out of date and slow. Then had to wait in a long line as there was only one til open. When we got there the woman (Cheryl) at the til was very abrasive and seemed impatient, my friend explained what she wanted to do and got told she wasn’t “making any sense”. Maybe this was because all of the customers where put onto this one employee but it all seemed very unnessasary.

  I had been stolen my debit card information online in Novemember, and I have apply the new debit card in the same day and the staffs said to me should be wait for 4-5 working days....but I am waiting for 2 weeks, I still haven't received my new debit card, and there is just one solution as "waiting"....it is so ridiculous

  First, they send me to the online form which cannot be filled due to poor implementation. Comming to the branch with a laptop I was informed about magic zip code: Z0 0ZZ, even this didn't make it, too. The good side is the service was able to tell my documents are not suitable for the bank without any external help.
