  Better than most other banks. Customer service has no idea what to do with me (like everywhere) but I didn't have to call the manager - they were "double checking" themselves. Filling the form took below an hour and I was provided with sitting place, paper (it's to be sent by post by default) and even a free working wifi. The service refused to inform me about just one tricky field in their form.

  Poor customer service, spoken to like 'computer says no' from Little Britain. Staff lacked patience or ability to explain something in a manner their customers would understand.
