  Appalling - set up the same repeat prescriptions with these cowboys 3 times, they lost each one off of the system 3 times, after they've been issuing them for a few months each time. They then send you to chase the Drs Surgery YOURSELF and act like its not even important. Complaining to them just results in piss poor excuse after piss poor excuse. There's an older lady there, who has an attitude of a surly teen, if you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with her, she'll act like it isn't even her problem and certainly wont have any idea of how to resolve your problem (she's thoroughly unprofessional in the process too) - she needs the sack quite frankly; ZERO customer service skills. Ended up ringing their HQ who were less than impressed with my complaint. Since then they seem to be chasing missing scripts themselves - which is something I suppose, but I won't hold my breath. Go to boots if you can.
